Top 5 Health Tips

  3. Keep an active lifestyle 
  4. maintain a healthy weight  
  5. Reduce your stress 



My own heath is alright however the thing that i will need to do to improve my health is number one be more active because i need to exercise cause our body needs at least 30 minutes of being active.
Another one is that i need to maintain my weight because i just don't want to be skinny i  want to be in a healthy body shape because it's healthier being in a good body shape but in a a healthy way. Oh one more thing is that stress when i get stress out i  should take a walk let everything go don't think about anything just  yourself wait not even yourself just make it peaceful.
