Duties and responsibilities: This are some of what they do everyday
- Assess the needs of the people and communities they serve
- Develop programs and events to teach people about health topics
- Teach people how to cope with or manage existing health conditions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and educational materials
- Help people find health services or information
Education: You will need a bachelors degree and some require to be certified in health education. Also a high school diploma and must complete a period of training. some states check if you are certified.
